We offer an extensive range of services designed to assist the expatriate transferees and their families as well as HR managers in the company.

From the moment the transferee sets his/her foot on Korean soil till the time he/she moves to the next destination, our consultants will stand by him/her in every possible way. We design our relocation services to meet the individual needs of the different families coming into Korean, thus making the relocation process efficient and very comfortable. Our service includes orientation, home search, school search, settling-in, visa and immigration, temporary housing and departure services.

Our relocation consultants are experienced and well qualified to under stand the needs of the incoming transferees, and they will be the one-stop guide during the tenure of the transferee as well as during the initial period when he/she is getting settled in.
Area Orientation
Our area orientation program helps the transferee to become familiar with social and business conditions in Korea. The program is tailored to meet the requirements of assignees based on a needs assessment questionnaire. We believe that this program is an essential element for a successful relocation of the transferee. We design a customized program to meet the specific needs of each transferee and his/her family.

The preview trip is perfect for assignees considering relocating to Korea and wishing to learn more about the new location.
Key elements of the program include

• Conducted by an experienced Destination Consultant (service provider)

• Inclusive of a "welcome pack" and preparation prior to arrival

• Welcoming at the airport

• Housing overview: briefing on the Korean residential market, practices and norms. Viewing of properties in based on assignee requirements

• Schooling overview: briefing on the school information with system, curriculum and location. Appointments can be scheduled if required.

• Area tour/ practical aspects of living in Korea: supermarkets, furniture and home appliance stores, public transportation, local parks, hospitals, leisure facilities, etc.

Home Search
When moving to a new place, finding the right home is at the top on the priority list. Our home search program assists the assignees by presenting various alternatives and provides suitable housing to meet their needs in right location and budget to ensure their satisfactory. Prior to the home search, a needs assessment questionnaire will be completed to fully underst and the individual needs and requirements. Once the choice is made, Allied (Korea) will act on behalf of the assignees to get the most favorable financial conditions while working closely with the HR department to meet the corporate standards and policies.

• General Information on Korean housing market

• Needs assessment

• Accompanied tour of pre-selected properties (2 or 3 days)

• Second visit to properties

• Overview of the residential area and introduction

• Facilitation of the lease process - price & terms negotiation and coordination of payment

• Inspection to ensure appropriate quality standards for the walls, floors, ceilings, windows, built-in furniture, lighting & power and appliances

• Site visit on the day of moving-in

• Connecting utilities including internet and cable TV

• Furniture rental (if required)

School Search
Our school search program ensures to find most appropriate local or international school by considering parent's preferences and needs of children.

• Providing list of school and information

• School visit appointment and accompanied school visit

• Registration assistance

Settling-in
Our settling-in service provides the assistance necessary for the assignees and their family to live a comfortable everyday life. It is designed to ensure the assignee’s transition into the host location is as smooth and stress free as possible. Allied (Korea) will be available for any request of the assignee and family.

• Utilities (cable TV and Internet) set up and billing

• Opening a bank account

• Cell phone purchase and contract

• Furniture purchasing

• Getting driver’s license

• Furniture rental (where required)

• Arrangement of cleaning house and car wash

• Other services available upon request

Temporary accommodation
We offer a range of temporary accommodation for any requirements for initial period on their arrival or departure. Our selected temporary accommodation options are suitable for singles or families’ short-term living.

• Needs assessment and providing the options of temporary housing on the client’s preference

• Lease term negotiation

• Reservation process

• Check in and out assistance

• Accompanied visits (if required)

Visa & Immigration
We deliver full immigration support to international assignees and their dependents. We understand the many complex and ever-changing local immigration laws and ensure full compliance for assignees and their companies. Our experienced immigration consultant manages to all regulations throughout the immigration process to ensure simplicity to clients.

• Consultation of immigraiton needs and reviewing eligibility of required Visa

• Providing information of required documents and process

• Applying assignee’s visa and dependent visa

• Accompanied visits for applying Alien Registraiton Card (ARC)

• Assisting for visa renewal

• Assisting for report on passport changes and address changes

• Providing the Apostille and consular legalization service
